For Conference, workshop, podcasts, virtual sessions, or training programs, before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details. Health Caravan Private Limited (HC) prohibits exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased as an overall policy. Delivery
For conferences, workshops, virtual sessions, and training programs an email confirmation will be sent to you. Your booking confirmation will be sent via an email with clear requirement of the documentation that might be required at any point of time.

Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: HC will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid within 30 days of placing the request. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site.

Cancelled/Postponed Events
If events or training programs are put on hold or postponed by HC. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and update you on the next dates and refund the amount as per the booking terms of the event or training program on request basis. In case of cancellation of events or training programs, the amount shall be refunded as per the booking terms.
